How do I place an order?

To place your order, follow these steps:

1. Browse through our wide catalog of products until you find something you like, choose the relevant size (if you are not sure of the size refer our size chart) and/ the color you like, and click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button (you are eligible to add multiple products to your cart)

2. You can ‘View Cart’ once you have selected all products. You can also ‘Update Cart’ to make changes

3. In ‘My Cart’, you can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order

4. To proceed, you can either log into your existing Bisq account or simply continue as a ‘New User’ and create one.

5. Once this is all set, proceed to checkout, confirm your shipping address, select the desired payment method and confirm your order.

Please enter the required information such as Delivery Address, etc. Before clicking Place Order, please check your Order Details carefully. If you want to add a new Delivery Address, click Add a new address. If you want to edit a current Delivery Address, click Edit this address. After confirming your Order, you will be automatically taken to the Payment page.

What do you do with my information?

Your details are required by our logistics and shipping partner companies to deliver your orders seamlessly to you and in time.

Your information is not used for any other purpose.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently do not ship internationally.

How to track my order?

Once you place the order, you will receive an email from our courier partner giving you the courier details.
